We report the experimental study of triple-lobe wavelength double-clad co-doped Er:Yb fiber laser operating with a composite-state soliton regime. The passively mode-locked emission is achieved through nonlinear polarization rotation (NPR) technique.

We report the generation of staircase pulses in a passively mode-locked fiber laser. The optical filtering shows that the staircase pulses consist of two distinct square pulses associated to different wavelengths.
