Trichoepitheliomas (TEs) are benign and rare adnexal hamartomas of the pilosebaceous units. Trichoepitheliomas could occur in the setting of an underlying genetic disorder with multiple TEs or as solitary non-hereditary TEs. We report a healthy 32-ye
