The activation energies of in-plane highly electrically conductive 2-dodecyl-7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (C12 TCNQ)/arachidic acid (C20) hetero-LB films and C12TCNQ homo-LB films were determined by thermally stimulated current (TSC) measurement.
