We propose a simple model for prediction of magnetic noise level in tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors. The model reproduces experimental magnetic 1/f and white noise components, which are dependent on sensors resistance and field sensitivity.

Methotrexate (MTX) is recommended as a first-line treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). There are no strict guidelines regarding monitoring for liver damage in RA patients. This study aimed to evaluate noninvasive diagnostic procedures in assessin

Micromagnetic simulations can present both time- and cost-savings, as complicated phenomena simulated a priori provide a valuable intuition in adjusting experimental parameters. However, they require insightful post-analysis, which can be tedious bec

Perpendicular magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJ) with a bottom pinned reference layer and a composite free layer (FL) are investigated. Different thicknesses of the FL were tested to obtain an optimal balance between tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) ra

Spin-torque oscillators (STOs) are the candidates for a novel class of magnetic field sensors, suitable especially for magnetic media read head purposes. While a number of investigations on the STO readout ability have been reported, comparatively li

We present a comprehensive theoretical and experimental study of voltage-controlled standing spin waves resonance (SSWR) in PMN-PT/NiFe multiferroic heterostructures patterned into microstrips. A spin-diode technique was used to observe ferromagnetic

Fe/MgO/Fe trilayers with a subnanometer MgO tunnel barrier were grown by molecular beam epitaxy. Longitudinal magnetooptic Kerr effect measurements confirmed the existence of the antiferromagnetic interlayer exchange coupling (IEC) between the Fe lay
