Aim Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma is the most-studied Virus associated cancer. EBV has been shown to induce loss of heterozygosity in chromosome 11. Here we aim to examine if EBV-positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) show genetic alterations that impact
