Poly(acrylic acid)-Coated Iron Oxide Nanoparticles (PAC-IONs) did not compromise the viability of mononuclear cells and potentially interact with cells through scavenger receptors. This study evaluated: 1) The capacity of the PAC-IONs to induce plate
