Amphiphilic gradient copoly(2-oxazoline)s are widely researched in the field of drug delivery. They could be used as a transport system for hydrophobic drugs such as hypericin (HYP). We prepared six gradient copolymers (EtOx)-grad-(ROPhOx) by living
