El objetivo fue aislar bacterias ácidas lácticas (BAL), productoras de biofloculante, a partir del jugo de caña residual. Por ello, las muestras de jugo de caña se obtuvieron a partir de 15 muestras de tallo de caña residual muestreadas al azar.
