The 80 Se(d, α) 78 As reaction was investigated with 16.0 MeV deuterons. The ground state and nineteen excited levels of 78 As were identified up to 1.27 MeV excitation energy. Except for the level at 276 keV, all the other excited levels were previ

We have investigated the reaction /sup 18/O(t,p)/sup 20/O using enriched (96.6%) /sup 18/O gas in a rotating gas cell and a multiangle spectrograph. Twenty-two angular distributions were measured for levels up to 10.2 MeV. Results are compared with p

In /sup 16/O(t, p) at E/sub t/ = 15 MeV, sixteen angular distributions were measured for states to E/sub x/ = 7.1 MeV. Comparison with distorted-wave Born approximation calculations using empirical wave functions has been made, enabling extraction of

Simple shell-model calculations account for the remarkable semilarity in excitation energies and (t, p) strengths of predominantly (sd)/sup 2/ states in /sup 1/4C and /sup 1/6C.

A new measurement of the reaction /sup 18/O(d,t)/sup 17/O, and a distorted wave Born approximation analysis, yield sepctroscopic factors of 1.48 and 0.29 for the 5/2/sup +/ ground state and 1/2/sup +/ first-excited state, respectively. The ratio 0.19

In $^{15}\mathrm{N}$($t$,$p$), at ${E}_{t}=15$ MeV, 19 angular distributions were measured for levels up to 7 MeV in excitation. Comparison with distorted-wave Born-approximation calculations allows extraction of $L$ values for most of them. Two diff

The /sup 76/Ge(t,p) reaction has been studied in order to extend the known level structure in the Ge isotopes to /sup 78/Ge and to further investigate the proposed shape transition in the Ge nuclei. About 30 states were observed in /sup 78/Ge, which

The reaction 12 C(t, p) 14 C has been investigated with an 18 MeV triton beam. Twenty energy levels of 14 C were identified up to 13 MeV excitation. Angular distributions were measured and compared with DWBA calculations. A previously unreported 0 +

In the 12C(t,p)14C reaction a previously unreported state is observed at Ex=9.75 MeV and is assigned Jpi =0+. Other Jpi assignments are 9.81 MeV, (1-); 10.43 MeV, 2+; 10.50 MeV, (3-); and 10.74 MeV, 4+.

States populated in the 15 N(t,p) 17 N reaction at 15 MeV are compared with those in the 16 O(t,p) 18 O reaction at the same energy. On the basis of this comparison several spins and parities are assigned. Cross-section ratios are in rough agreement
