The propagation of inertial Alfven wave is investigated in cold, low- $\beta $ , homogeneous and bi-Maxwellian plasma consisting of multi-ions (H+, He+ and O+). Kinetic approach is adopted to derive the dispersion relation, damping rate, group veloci
