An in situ spectroelectrochemical study of the oxidation of the μ-oxosilicon phthalocyanine dimer [(SiPc)2O][OSiHx3]2 utilizing cyclic voltammetry, electron spin resonance spectroscopy, and visible–near infrared spectroscopy has been carried out.
