Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan gangguan-gangguan kepribadian guru dan pengaruhnya dalam pembelajaran, serta penanganannya. Terapi yang dapat diberikan kepada orang yang mengalami gangguan kepribadian yaitu psikoterapi dan farmakoterapi.
