We introduce an individually fitted screened-exchange interaction for the time-dependent Hartree-Fock (TDHF) method and show that it resolves the missing binding energies in polymethine organic dye molecules compared to time-dependent density functio

A quasi in situ X-ray absorption study demonstrated that the disproportionation of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) promoted by ceria nanorods was associated with a reversible Ce(3+)/Ce(4+) reaction and structural transformations in ceria. The direction of t

In this paper, we demonstrate a detector that has a high neutron-to-gamma discrimination of 8.5×105 with a high thermal neutron detection efficiency of 39% when exposed to a high gamma-ray field of 109 photons/cm2s. The detector is based on a silico
