We describe a novel HLA-DPB1 allele identified in an ASHI proficiency testing (PT) sample. We tested the sample by rSSO (One Lambda), SSP (One Lambda), Real Time-PCR (Linkage Biosciences), SBT (Conexio) and NGS (Immucor). Initial results by rSSO and
