Fibrolipomatous hamartoma is a rare benign tumour most commonly affecting the median nerve and is characterised by fibro-fatty nerve infiltration. It results in fusiform nerve enlargement with a pathognomonic ‘spaghetti-like’ imaging appearance.

Paris (PArallel, Robust, Interface Simulator) is a finite volume code for simulations of immiscible multifluid or multiphase flows. It is based on the “one-fluid” formulation of the Navier–Stokes equations where different fluids are treated as

Background The burgeoning usage and complexity of fluoroscopically guided procedures (FGPs) contribute to extended examination times and increased risk of adverse radiation effects. Diagnostic reference levels (DRLs) play a pivotal role in dose optim

We present a novel numerical method to solve the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations for two-phase flows with phase change. Separate phases are tracked using a geometric Volume-Of-Fluid (VOF) method with piecewise linear interface construction (PL

Under shock loading, metals have been found to melt and with reflection of the shock wave from the material free surface, cavities nucleate and grow. This process is referred to as microspalling and has been the topic of several experimental investig
