Leocadia Conlon is the clinical director of Hawai'i CARES, a partnership between the Hawai'i Department of Health and the University of Hawai'i in Honolulu, Hawai'i, and an adjunct assistant professor in the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. She is a recent graduate of the PhD program in translational health science at George Washington University, where her dissertation research focused on polycystic ovary syndrome in adolescents. Sharyn Malcolm is an attending physician in adolescent and young adult medicine, and co-medical director and director of reproductive health services at the Adolescent Health Center at Children's National Health System in Washington, D.C. She also is an assistant professor of pediatrics at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
