본 연구는 임금만족의 하위 요인들이 조직 몰입의 하위 요인들에 미치는 영향에 대해서 살펴보고, 이 관계에서 조직신뢰(경영진, 구성원 신뢰) 변인이 매개효과를 보이는지를 검증하였다.
