Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs) of the pancreas account for approximately 5% of pancreatic neoplasms. Prognosis is superior to that of pancreatic invasive ductal carcinoma. IPMNs reveal a variety of epithelial linings expressing diff
