We present a case of cardiac angiosarcoma in a pregnant women. Clinical manifestations of angiosarcoma were unspecific and progressed rapidly as hemopericardium, cardiac tamponade, heart failure, fever, chest pain. Pregnancy was interrupted at 22-nd
