The electronic properties studied using the X-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) spectroscopy performed in the vicinity of O K-, Ca L3,2-, Fe L3,2-, and Cu L3,2-edges demonstrate the reversal of orbital symmetry in CaCu3Ti4O12 on Fe3+ions sub

A detailed electronic structure study of quadruple perovskite series, Ca1+xCu3-xTi4O12 (for x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0), using electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA) has been carriedout. The Ti2p ESCA spectra imply that Ti ions remain in

A series of quadruple perovskites Ca1+xCu3-xTi4O12 was scanned by different spectroscopic and microscopic techniques. X-ray powder diffraction pattern analysis revealed that the system transformed from a monophasic (x = 0.0, 0.1 and 0.2) to biphasic

A polycrystalline sample of quadruple perovskite oxide, CaCu2.3Ti3.3Fe1.4O12, was synthesized and characterized by zero-field and in-field (Happ = 50 kOe) 57Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy at 5 K. The presence of ΔmI = 0 spectral lines in Mossbauer spectr
