A magnetic order in orthorhombic GdCu$_2$ was investigated via a single crystal neutron diffraction with thermal neutron. Magnetic peaks were observed at incommensurate positions described by the ordering vector $q$=(${\delta}$,~1,~0) with ${\delta}$
