Undoped and Mn(2+)-doped CdSe nanowires (NWs) grown by a solution-liquid-solid (SLS) method using Bi nanocatalysts have been studied by X-ray powder diffraction measurements. Except for heavily doped nanowires no measurable changes in nanowire lattic
