Lead free Sodium Bismuth Titanate Zirconate (Na0.2Bi0.3Zr0.5) TiO2 or NBZT Solid solution were prepared by Mixed Oxide Conventional route. Moreover, their Phase Structure and luminescence properties were investigated for storage device applications.
