ABSTRACT Radiofrequency renal denervation (RF RDN) is a novel therapy for uncontrolled hypertension. In the recent sham‐controlled SPYRAL HTN‐ON MED study, office‐based systolic blood pressure (oSBP) and nighttime BP were reduced significantly.
