During the research we made the comparison of rare-earth metals conditional standard potentials in eutectic mixture of lithium, potassium and cesium chlorides obtained by different emf methods. Data were obtained for lanthanum.

Solubility of lanthanum was determined in gallium-aluminum alloys containing 5 and 20 wt.% aluminum between 428-1005 K using methods of sedimentation and filtration.
