Rare earth metal cerium-doped titania nanoparticles (titanium dioxide [TiO2]) were produced utilizing a low-cost and straightforward sol–gel technique, and its enhanced photodynamic anticancer activity was tested on Y79 retinoblastoma cancer cells.
