Purpose Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON) is a mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)-associated, maternally inherited eye disease. Mutation heteroplasmy level is one of the leading causes to trigger LHON manifestation. In this study, we aimed to identif
