Cytogenetically normal acute myeloid leukemia (CN AML) patients with a MLL PTD have a poor prognosis compared to CN AML patients with MLL WT. We previously reported that the MLL WT gene in MLL PTD+ CN AML is epigenetically silenced. To investigate in
