Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 47 (CCDC47) is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) transmembrane protein involved in calcium signaling through utilization of its calcium binding-acidic luminal domain. CCDC47 also interacts with ERAD (endoplasmic reticulum-as
