A dielectric constant for W/O microemulsions consisting of sodium bis (2-ethyhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT), water and cyclohexane was measured at 1 MHz and at 298.15 K. Minima were found in the dielectric constant when a molar ratio of water to AOT was
