For spiral galaxies, the active galactic nucleus (AGN) and some physical parameters that concern the host galaxy such as spiral arm radius and density can play an important role in the morphological evolution of these galaxies. Considering the gravit

Interstellar dust grains are illuminated in the reflection nebulae. Under conditions of the PAH size and the intensity of the interstellar radiation field, we follow their impact on the PAH aromatic infrared bands using the numerical DustEM code. For

In this paper, we present a comprehensive analytical study on the perturbed restricted three bodies problem. We formulate the equations of motion of this problem, in the event of the asteroids belt perturbation. We find the locations of equilibrium p

Sticking of gas-phase methanol on different cold surfaces – gold, 13CO, and amorphous solid water (ASW) ice – was studied as a function of surface temperature (7–40 K). In an ultrahigh-vacuum system, reflection absorption infrared spectroscopy

A new photometric study of two eclipsing binary systems (GU CMa and SWASP J011732.10+525204.9) is presented. The accepted solutions of analyzing the light curves revealed that GU CMa is a semi-detached system consisting of two early spectral type com

We present a new set of CCD photometric observations for the short period eclipsing binary 1SWASP J1743 (= V1067 Her). We have determined the available times of light minima and two new linear and quadratic ephemerides have been obtained. The photome
