Fano resonances occur in many platforms that have auto-ionizing states. Here the authors show that auto-ionizing states are not required for multi-photon Fano resonance in a Si:P system with significant screening by using a pump-probe method.

The change in the properties of excitonic states near anticrossing is investigated experimentally. It is shown that the phase relaxation time of light excitons in a GaAs/AlGaAs symmetric double quantum well increases by a factor of five as a result o

The effect of photoexcited free carriers on the absorption spectra dynamics of GaAs/AlxGa1−xAs superlattices is investigated experimentally by the pump-probe method. A sharp change in the shift of the excitonic resonance energy from the low-to the

The influence of photoexcited carriers on the dynamics of the absorption spectra of GaAs/AlxGa1−2x As multilayer quantum wells is investigated experimentally. It is found that at quasiparticle densities all the way up to 1011 cm−2 the saturation

We report significant temperature dependence of the transverse electron g∗‐factor in symmetric lead chalcogenide multi‐quantum wells (MQWs). The g∗‐factor values were extracted from the electron Larmor precessions recorded by means of a cir

We have investigated the effect of an external magnetic field on the electron spin lifetime in narrow gap semiconductors (NGS). In zero field, we show that the D'yakonov‐Perel process dominates even at low temperatures. In the Faraday configuration

The pump-probe experimental method is used to investigate the effect of photoexcited carriers on the dynamics of the exciton absorption spectra of GaAs / AlxGa1–xAs-multilayer quantum wells. Use of the method of moment analysis for processing the r
The variation of the spectral -shape of the four-wave mixing signal in GaAs/AlGaAs superlattices was studied experimentally and theoretically. It was shown that in an external electric field, leading to anticrossing of the levels of heavy and light e
