Alterations of T-cell subsets in primary biliary cirrhosis

To determine whether abnormalities of immunoregulatory T cells are associated with primary biliary cirrhosis, we characterized peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 16 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis and compared them with 30 normal controls.
