In this work, three complexes were synthesized from the trivalent europium ion (EuIII), using the picrate anion (pic), and delta-valerolactam (DVL), epsilon-caprolactam (EPK), and oenantholactam (OEN). The synthesized complexes [Eu(pic)3∙(DVL)3], [
