Objective To compare adnexectomy by vaginal Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (vNOTES) versus laparoscopy. Design Parallel group, 1:1 single-centre single-blinded randomised trial, designed as non-inferiority study with a margin of 15%.
