The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Eu(NO3)(C6H5NO2)2(H2O)4](NO3)2, consists of one-half of the C2 symmetric coordination cation and one nitrate anion. The eight-coordinated EuIII atom is in a distorted dodecahedral coordination environment.
