A low-loss hybrid plasmon polariton polymer modulator is proposed. A half-wave voltage-length product of 0.078 V⋅mm and a propagation loss of 0.2 dB/m are estimated, together with over 650 GHz bandwidth for a 10-μm-long device. © 2021 The Author(
