A photoredox catalyzed radical-triggered tandem cyclization of 1,7-enynes with alkyloxalyl chlorides is developed, leading to dihydropyranones containing all-carbon quaternary centers through alkoxycarbonylation/dicyclization with 1,7-enynes.
