In this paper, 5 Tb/s bidirectional transmission (2.5 Tb/s in each direction) over 2.2 km of OM2 fiber is demonstrated using selective excitation of four mode groups, wavelength division multiplexing, and direct detection. Twenty wavelengths per mode

Multi-Plane Light Conversion (MPLC) enables novel beam shaping devices, and in particular highly mode-selective spatial mode multiplexers. MPLC-based multiplexers can combine up to 10 spatial modes with cross-talk of −26 dB and insertion loss below

In this paper, we report two pairs of 7-OAM-mode multiplexers based on Multi-Plane Light Conversion over different sets of mode orders. The multiplexers present average 3.35 dB insertion loss and −28.2 dB mode selectivity over the full C-band.

We introduce a novel technique allowing simultaneous combining and reshaping of several non-coherent laser sources. This Multi-Plane Light Conversion technique is based on a passive, tailored and multi-reflective phase element which realizes intrinsi

Methacrylate monomers have been widely used in medical and dental applications such as bone cements, dental fillings, bioadhesives, and hydrogels. One major problem of these monomers resides in their low rates of polymerization leading to leaching pr
