Objective: To determine if future studies of coenzyme Q10 and GPI-1485 in Parkinson disease (PD) may be warranted. Methods: We conducted a randomized, double-blind, calibrated futility clinical trial of coenzyme Q10 and GPI-1485 in early untreated PD
