The relaxation processes (α, β, and γ) in UHMW PE fibres drawn to different draw ratios λ have been studied by dynamic-mechanical and nuclear magnetic resonance methods. The temperature dependences of tensile loss moduli E″ and spin-lattice rel

N.m.r. proton spin-lattice relaxation measurements were performed on modified polypropylene at 88 MHz over a wide range of temperatures. The modification by ethylene acrylate copolymer produced compatibility between the polymer fibres and the dyestuf

The numerical method ofthe parametrization calls attention to a question connected with the unambiguity of the parametrization of the spin Hamiltonian. The least square criterion alone does not cope with the choice of the physical solution from the n

In the case of strong electric crystal fields one cannot use the well-known method of determination of constants of the spin Hamiltonian based on the perturbation theory. This method results in less accurate values of determined constants. In the pap
