Integral cross sections for the scattering of pions by protons into angles greater than 30{degree} (lab) have been measured at a wide range of energies spanning the delta resonance using liquid hydrogen targets. Cross sections were measured for {pi}{

An analysis of new data for the reaction p6p!p6p1n at incident energies between 223 and 284 MeV is presented. p1p2 cross sections are obtained via Goebel-Chew-Low techniques by extrapolation to the pion pole using the pseudoperipheral approximation.

The pion induced pion production reactions π±p⃗π+π±n were studied at projectile incident energies of 223, 243, 264, 284, and 305 MeV, using a cryogenic liquid hydrogen target. The Canadian High Acceptance Orbit Spectrometer was used to detect

The process of pion-induced pion production in nuclei has been studied with the A(π+,π+π-) and A(π+,π+π-p) reactions for four nuclei 2H, 12C, 40Ca, and 208Pb at an incident pion energy of Tπ+=283 MeV. The π+π- and π+π-p particles in the fi
