Ifosfamide (55 mg kg(-1) and 110 mg kg(-1)) was administered via single i.p. injections to Sprague-Dawley rats and urine samples were collected for the periods of -24-0, 0-8 h, 8-24 h, 24-48 h and 48-72 h post-dose. Quantitative changes in the excret
