We report the generation and the characterization of a set of human monoclonal antibodies (HmAb) specific for Gram-negative bacteria of Klebsiella pneumoniae. The eight human hybridomas secrete either IgM kappa, IgA1 kappa, or IgA2 kappa antibodies.
