We calculate the cross section for inclusive prompt photon production in $\gamma\gamma$ collisions, i.e. the reaction $e^+e^-\to \gamma \gamma \to \gamma X$, in next-to-leading order QCD. We show that at LEP2 energies this cross section is measurable

For pt.I see ibid., vol.7, p.1597-1609 (1981). A model for hyperon-exchange reactions, based on Regge theory, SU(3) and duality is applied to pi -p to Lambda 0K0. It provides a good fit to cross section, polarisation and spin correlation parameters.
