Zooplankton fecal pellets cxpellcd near the surface of lakes provide a mechanism for removal of diatoms to deeper water. Scanning electron micrographs show that copepod fecal pellets, collected from Lake Michigan, contained fractured specimens of 21

Stability analysis and transient response predictions of PWM controlled DC/DC regulators are now feasible in both continuous and discontinuous mode A linear equivalent continuous model of the power stage is firstly established for the boost and the b

A linear continuous low frequency small signal model, valid for all types of converters (boost, buck, buck boost), both in heavy and light modes, is presented in this paper. Its interesting characteristics are that it is valid for free running as well

The rap session provided an informal forum for dissemination of information on the state of the art in modeling and simulation of power processing systems. Merits of time domain and frequency domain approaches were debated and the use of these techni

The stability analysis of a buck regulator with DC and AC feedback loops has been investigated theoretically for the continuous conduction mode by applying the z-transform method. The analysis has been extended to the discontinuous conduction mode by

The local dynamic stability of a PWM buck regulator has been investigated theoretically for the continuous conducting mode and with the aid of an analogue computer simulation for the discontinuous one. A parametric study of the main factors influenci
