The goal of this work was to determine the effect of barium oxide on the structural, thermal and optical properties of the TeO 2 –BaO–Na 2 O (TBN) and TeO 2 –BaO–WO 3 (TBW) glass systems. Raman spectra allow relating the glass structure and v
