This paper synthesizes triazole-attached 2-aminofluorene-based organosilane for sensing Fe3+ ion using UV-Vis and fluorescence. Probe 6a's inhibitory effect on the leishmania protein was studied. DFT explained 6a's complexation with Fe3+ ion.
