The properties of giant dipole resonance (GDR) of a large group of light atomic nuclei are analyzed. The analysis is based on the systematics of photoabsorption cross sections for 31 nuclei with 12 to 65 nucleons, created from experimental data avail

The dependence of the properties of low-lying states of Mo isotopes on the mass number A = 83–117 is studied based on the collective and shell models of atomic nuclei. The variation of the nuclear shape with an increasing number of neutrons influen

This review considers the history and meaning of the phenomenon of configurational splitting of giant dipole resonance in light nuclei, which was first discovered a quarter of a century ago and induced profound changes in the commonly accepted unders

Yields of photonuclear reactions on the natural mixture of titanium isotopes were measured under exposure to a beam of bremsstrahlung γ-quanta with the end-point energy of 55 MeV. The results are compared with computations based on the TALYS model.

The process of photodisintegration of molybdenum isotopes was studied using the induced activity method. The yields of isotopes produced as a result of photonuclear reactions on a natural mixture of molybdenum isotopes were determined at an electron

Experimental data on yields of multi-particle photonuclear reactions (involving the emission of up to seven neutrons from the nucleus involved) on 197 Au, 203;205 Tl, and 209 Bi nuclei in the region extending from the giant dipole resonance to an ene

New data on the mechanism of decay of the giant dipole resonance in the 58Ni nucleus are obtained from an analysis of the experimental cross sections for the photonucleon reactions 58Ni(γ, pi)57Co and 58Ni(γ, ni)57Ni. The method used in this analys
