X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is used to study the modification of Ni/C nickel-carbon nanocomposites with oxides (NiO, CuO, and Fe2O3) in the ratio of 0.5–1.0. Depending on the type of modifier used and its content, the magnetic moment of Ni ato
